Can i just edit the Author Comments of my entry?

When I click the "update" link of my entry, it seems I must re-upload the file again. if i leave the field blank it alert "You have not fill in all the requires fields. Please check our form and re-submit again.", Can I just edit the Author Comments only?

Unfortunately your upload has not met our competition guidelines for wallpapers and has been rejected.

You have previously submitted the Dre-S icons packs to WinCustomize. Only new works that have not been previously posted to the net are accepted.
